Common questions
Can I sell to consumers and business customers at the same time?
Yes. From one catalogue you sell to both: consumers see gross prices, approved business customers see their group and tiered prices plus purchase on invoice.
Do I need separate inventory management software?
No. The warehouse is built right in — stock is always in sync with the shop. Purchasing, order suggestion and goods receipt come with the Business plan.
How does the accounting work?
Invoices are created automatically — with ZUGFeRD/e-invoice. Credit notes, open items and the DATEV export are part of it; the export from Pro.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, from the Pro plan you connect your own domain. On the Basic plan your shop runs on a Booklera subdomain.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany, GDPR-compliant. AI, email and analytics run on our own infrastructure — nothing goes to third parties.
