How do punch cards and credit work?
You create multi-passes or credit packages, your members buy them online or at the counter. Every booking deducts automatically — the remaining balance is visible to both sides.
What happens if someone cancels at short notice?
The spot opens up and the waitlist moves up automatically — the next person gets a notification. You do not have to do a thing.
What do I get from the P&L report and DATEV export?
The P&L report shows you live every month where your studio stands — revenue, costs, result. And your tax advisor imports the DATEV file directly instead of typing up receipts.
